It is fundamental when reviewing learning journeys to consider individual learning styles and how this impacts achieving their goals. There are many ways to set out on your journey to achieving your dream whether this is full-time academic learning, apprenticeships, private qualifications etc.

Apprenticeships

Did you know that there is no age limit on being an apprentice?

Apprenticeships provide excellent opportunities for individuals to gain knowledge and skills whilst working at the same time, building valuable hands-on experience which is always desirable for potential employers, especially in the Animal care sector.

iPET Network offers End Point Assessments for Dog Grooming, Animal Care, and Equine.

Vocational Qualifications

iPET Network are the industry specialists when it comes to developing and awarding qualifications in the Animal Care sector. Whether it's dogs, cats, horses, or small animals we have a large portfolio of nationally regulated qualifications. Visit our website to see all iPET Network qualifications and to find your nearest training provider.

Working full time but looking to re-train to start a new career?

Some of our qualifications can be delivered through distance learning and can be done in your own time at your own pace. The Level 3 Diploma in Canine Nutrition, the Level 3 Award in Dog Walking and Pet Sitting for Professionals, and the Level 3 Award in Canicross Coaching are just a few of the many qualifications that can be delivered via distance learning.

If you are looking for a more practical hands-on qualification such as the Level 3 Diploma in Dog or Cat Grooming and Salon Management or the Level 3 Award in Canine Emergency First Aid but still need that flexibility, many of our training providers offer flexible learning to suit your needs.

Remember! It is never too late to learn, you CAN teach an old horse new tricks!
