This Notice applies to our website www.ipetnetwork.co.uk and to all customers, Approved Centres, prospective Centres, Training Providers, Learners and prospective Learners, Apprentices and Employers that interact with us and employees, contractors and consultants that work for iPET Network.

- Register for a qualification through an Approved Centre

We may also collect data from publicly available sources, such as, Companies House, when we exercise due diligence in ensuring the legitimacy of providers and protecting the integrity of our qualifications. We also collect website usage data (e.g., traffic data, location data, analytics). This information does not identify you personally.
We only collect and process the minimum personal data necessary for each specific purpose and ensure that all data we hold is relevant, limited and proportionate to our legitimate operational needs.

- Register you for End-point Assessment

- Communicate with you regarding enquiries, support requests, complaints, appeals or service updates

Certificate Verification
Some iPET Network certificates include a QR code that allows third parties to verify authenticity. When a QR code is scanned, we may display only the minimum information required to confirm that the certificate is genuine. This may include:
- Learner’s full name
- Qualification title
- Certificate number
- Achievement date
- Certificate issue date
This processing is carried out under our legitimate interests in maintaining qualification integrity and preventing fraud.
International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred or stored outside the UK or EEA where necessary for service delivery (e.g., third‑party processors).
Where data is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on adequacy decisions to ensure your data remains protected.
