The iPET Network Level 3 Award in Feline First Aid is ideal for owners and professionals alike who want to be prepared should a cat need emergency treatment. This qualification covers a wide range of common feline emergencies and first aid scenarios, including injury management, wound dressing, urinary obstructions, allergic reactions, stings, poisoning, choking, seizures, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), hypothermia, and more.


The qualification is an excellent balance of theoretical and practical learning to ensure Learners have the knowledge and skills required should they ever be faced with an emergency first aid situation.


Leading industry experts have reviewed this qualification to ensure the outcome is appropriate for the animal care industry and the continued growth and development of the sector.

Learners need to have a level of understanding to be able to work at Level 3. The Learner be able to complete the assessments for this qualification in English. There are no other entry requirements.
