Dr. Aner Tal, a researcher at the Cornell Food Lab, studies ways we can “trick” ourselves into healthier eating habits. These are his tips, click to watch.

One of the tips that I use is having a menu for the week that I shop to, this not only stops me buying food that I waste but also makes me think in advance on healthier options. One of the positive side effects from this is that I save time in making decisions about what I am making to eat.
