iPET Network & the British Veterinary Receptionist Association are excited to confirm the launch of our new qualification - 'iPET Network Level 3 Certificate for Veterinary Receptionists (BVRA)'.

We are also pleased to announce that, in addition to their current PDR offering with us, BVRA (@bvra_uk) are now an iPET Network approved Training Provider.

About our new TP:-
"Founded in October 2017, BVRA is a membership association committed to supporting the role of veterinary receptionists. We aim to do this through training, education and development to improve the standards of welfare and communication within practice for both clients and colleagues."

About the Qualification:-
A bespoke qualification designed in partnership with industry experts BVRA, 'iPET Network Level 3 Certificate for Veterinary Receptionists (BVRA)' is aimed at candidates that work in a veterinary practice or those that wish to work in a veterinary practice as a receptionist. This qualification places a focus on the knowledge to be occupationally competent but also emphasises development of soft skills such as team working and communication.

This qualification has been designed to enable candidates to:
- Know how to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues and provide client satisfaction
- Understand the role of the Veterinary Receptionist and their professional and legal limitations
- Understand how to work in a team and the know the emerging trends and challenges that may impact their role
- Know key veterinary practice operations
